Services

What we clean, and how.

Carpet, area rugs, and upholstery are the core of the work. Tile, grout, and hardwood are part of the same visit when you need them.

Carpet cleaning

We start by inspecting the carpet and determining its needs. Then we apply a deep emulsifier enzyme pre-spray that breaks down traffic lanes, oil buildup, and spots and stains. Last, we extract with a high-power system.

Tile & grout

Mold and mildew are the trouble spots on tile and grout. Grout is porous and traps soil. We scrub every inch with a grout brush while applying a deep, non-abrasive cleaner that breaks down oils and dirt, then extract the floor. A protectant is available to seal tile and grout afterward.

Furniture cleaning

Furniture cleaning starts with a pre-inspection. We look for rips or tears that could be affected. Then we use an enzyme pre-spray and a scrub brush to break down oil from skin contact. After extraction, pieces are set so they dry as quickly as possible.

Hardwood cleaning

Time and use dull hardwood. Our cleaning removes soil that sweeping, mopping, or polishing can’t reach and brings back the floor’s luster. Call either office for the method we use on your finish.

Area rugs

Area rugs are picked up, cleaned, and returned. Tell us the size and the fiber when you call so the pickup can be scheduled.
